Course Overview:

The Diploma in Critical Care Management is a two-year specialized vocational program designed to prepare students for one of the most essential and challenging roles in healthcare: managing critically ill or injured patients in intensive care units (ICUs), emergency rooms (ERs), trauma centers, and other high-dependency units.

  • PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support: Pediatric assessment and resuscitation

  • Simulation-based training and certification preparation

6. Diagnostic and Monitoring Procedures

  • ECG, blood gas analysis, X-ray, CT scan interpretation basics

  • Use of pulse oximeter, BP monitors, cardiac monitors, and other diagnostic tools

7. Ethical and Legal Aspects in Critical Care

  • Patient rights and informed consent

  • Medical negligence and liability in emergency situations
